In the heart of Mairangi Bay, perfect for family groups. 5 minutes walk to the beach and Mairangi Bay Village, with great cafes & restaurants, supermarket, veggie shop, fish & chip shop, book shop, boutiques, salons and more. Mairangi Bay beach is a safe beach for children and has lifeguards on duty over summer. There are two paddle boards, two kayaks and a selection of boogie boards available to use as well as a selection of life jackets. North facing looking over the sea toward Tiritiri Island.
